Redheads are not you, silly Emily! Ha ha ha! A redhead is a head that has no body and nothing under it, but its skin on the head is red. Red like a tulip-- tulips are red.
There's so much hidden in this poem. It's like Skippito opened up my soul and displayed its wares at a flea market. And captured the ensuing haggling, in verse.
