May fun

Sorry it has been so long since our last post. Between the death of my better camera at the hands of 2 young men and Blogger deciding we were a "spam blog", there hasn't been a whole lot happening in the "Mystery Hours". Allow us to update you on our month...Sebastian launched a rocket. Well, when we were gonna find it, we couldn't find it anywhere. Bob was looking on the roof but we didn't know how he got there, so we asked him and he said, "I put my finger on my nose and blasted up!" "How did you really get up there?" "I pulled myself up."

Mama gave a picture about the radishes and I showed one that I bit while I was eating a cookie. Good cookie. What about the radish? It was dirty so I ate the dirt right off.

The radishes are different colors: red, purple, and white. I really liked them! They were delicious! Just a little bit spicy. It made me jump a little, but they were okay. The radishes were really growing good.

When we went to the river with Lydia, we were going to the West River and then after a little bit, we saw some frog eggs. They felt slimy.

We caught a crawfish. It was cool. I liked looking at its little pincers. Actually I liked every single part of it. If you look closely, you can probably see something that looks like a miniature lobster... that's the crawfish! We thought it wanted some grass and rocks.

We were playing in the pool with Wyatt. We did something fun. We took out all the toys and jumped and dived in. Well, when I was going in sometimes, I had some water from it. I did a couple cannonballs. I did one cannonball. We said funny things when we dived. Like I said, "Farty cookie lookie bookie crookie." I said, "Bookie lookie farting cookie." We had circuit board bathing suits. They were awesome! I thought they were pretty cool. They even had nice magenta dotted lines.

The West River with Riley... and Davy!

This is a really big leaf! It's giant! Just crazy! I found them. [These leaves were an amazing 12 inches wide!]
There were Sebastian and me were climbing up. We said, "Who is in the water fishing for leaves?" and "Who is in the water mixing their paints?" There you go, fish!

We were saying, "There you go, fish!" when we were fishing for leaves. We also said, "Bad fish!" and "Stay right there, fish! Don't flip one fin!"

There were all kind of stuff were in the rocks. In the weasel you won't get to me, bubble! When I felled in the water, I was all too wet. Put a towel on me. But Mama didn't have one, so Amanda gave me one. So Amanda got me one. Good. Then we are going to our house again.

Now we're throwing rocks into the water from so high.

Camping out tonight

(left to right: Me, Dorian, Daddy, cousin Emily, and her boyfriend Michael) We went camping last weekend. It was fun.
Here is the pool. I mean, wading pond.
We goed waterfalling. I was climbing on rocks with my dad. Well, it was a very good trip. It's called Bash Bish Falls. And we crossed from New York to Massachusetts on the way!

Ah, the ice cream Sunday!

I'm going to drop a piece of ice cream for a flying butterfly.
I'm doing a pose called "the strummer". I was doing it so I could show my RockBand friends for a practice.
That's "the crazy Zeemex".
Look at the cutie! He's so cute. He's on top of the ice cream desk. But we have to do that sometimes.
We saw some butterflies. They were sitting around in a crowd. I loved the way they looked.

Mermaids

[Sorry, we had a lot of technical problems with this one. Hope it was worth the wait.]

Watch this movie. Me and Lydia are being mermaids. We were at the West River.

Blogger workout

[Feel free to fire me-- this is the second event in 3 days for which I didn't have my camera. Sorry.]
We went to the Guilford library for an event of a program show and I loved it! I loved it, too! We went on a nature walk and this program show was supposed to have 2 events, but instead, the second event was in the middle of the first event. The first event was great, but the next event was just a whole game. We met a squirrel named "Squirrely Okie-Dokie Smith" who was a baby and she was so cute. And saw was drinking some milk. And we built something. A nest! We used mud, sticks, leaves, and even grass and hay. And even water! That's not true, he just thought it was made with water. We also had the game which was pretending squirrels where we pretended we were squirrels. I was Squirrely, another boy was the mom, and another boy was the dad. We had such a grand time.
Then, a picnic lunch it was. We ate and ate until we were full. The second program was about bugs. We looked at rocks to see if there were any water bugs on it. This was at a river. That was a special blogger workout.

Goin' campin'

Campsite! Campsite! Oh, I love our campsite! I loved camping! We went camping at Jamaica State Park.
Instead of on Saturday, we went on Friday instead because it would rain on Saturday.
I'm roasting my hot dog. I ate 2 hot dogs and 2 bites of corn-on-the-cob and I ate potato chips. And for dessert, I ate 2 marshmallows.
This is me hammering the tent.
I'm roasting my marshmallows. The marshmallows caught on fire and Mama blew them out.
I'm playing my ukelele.
There I am in my sleepin' bag. When it was night time at the campsite, then we went into the tent. With our lanterns, we turned them on and we read a book, the Secret Garden.
I'm walkin' on the rock. That rock is in the campsite. For breakfast, I ate Chex and fat free milk inside it. And a little chipmunk came to see if any Chex were going to drop on the ground.
I'm going up the steps. I got scared so I went back down. I thought I wouldn't be safe. I thought moles would go out and bite me.
I'm throwin' rocks into the river. That river is the West River.
I'm walkin' to the car. You can hardly see my face. And for a treat after lunch, I ate a Lifesavers popsicle.
