It's a day at the fair!

We went to the Cheshire Fair yesterday.

Me, Lydia, and Dorian are bouncing on the moon bounce.
We are in the roller coaster called the Dragon Wagon. I was scared at first, but I liked it when it went back, forth, back, forth. I was scared and I goed on the top. It's that seat with Lydia. And what happened? Did you have to get off? Yeah.
I'm driving the car. Oh, I wished I could go on that ride. It looked so fun. But I'm too tall. I ride in that car.
I'm eating chips with Sebastian. They're delicious! I love potato chips! Me, too. I goed in the table room. [sings] The table room! The table room! I liked eating them. Especially with Dorian. And what did you drink, Mama? I drank root beer.
I put my hands on my ears. The chickens with Mama. Guess what I was doing? While Dorian and Mama were looking, me and Lydia went fishing.Whee! I like the carousel.

I'm hugging the robot. He told me his name was Robot.

Wall*E introduction

Wall*E is a great movie. It just was fantastic because we liked it because we thought it was good. And we had popcorn and we had drinks and we had popcorn. For our snack. I liked that Wall*E and Eva became friends. Well, we liked the funny part when Wall*E was trying to discover these red things and all of a sudden everything exploded. I think the movie was mostly about Wall*E and Eva. Wall*E! Eva!

Swim, swim, swim. Pee in the bathroom. I want to go to Lake Spofford.

[I'm sorry we haven't been posting as often lately. I'm afraid our pictures are getting a little redundant since we basically do the same things everyday. Sebastian has been hard at work drawing and writing, so I will try to scan some of his output in the coming week.]

Do you know how to swim in the sand?

Whoo hoo hoo! It's the best day! I like swimming.
I don't know. I'm sleeping. Why would someone be sleeping at such a wonderful place?

Whatever I do, it's more for camp

I'm ready to get to the car. I'm going to camp. Whatever I do, it's more for it. My camp is at Living Memorial Park. Soccer, baseball, archery, chalk drawing, swimming and, of course, lunch are all things we do everyday.
Today was Wacky Wednesday. I dressed up in my best Batman costume. And close to when we got out of the skating rink, the Mystery Players visited us. And they gave me a prize because they thought I had the best costume ever of all the campers. My prize was an American airplane, a silver star bead necklace, a shape ruler and stickers.

I like camp a lot! Even a ton more than that. I'm going to go back for one more week.

This 4th of July parade was great because I was in it!

I was sitting in the stroller. Because you were taking me to the marching band! I didn't play the band. Who did? Sebastian! And Daddy, too!

It's Sebastian! He was marching in the band! [He's at the front left in the pink shirt, drumming.]
I'm drummin'. It's great! I loved the parade. I started at a high school, then we marched down past Walgreen's. We ended at a place that had an open space that was very green because of all the grass. [The common] I saw Mama, DeeDee, Lydia, and Christine. I was in the WVEW marching band group. WVEW is a radio show. It's for anybody. It's in the Brooks House. There are microphones to speak in. There's even a CD player or maybe two for your CDs. They play only one song, though.
Look! There's Daddy! He's far away, though. I had a very fun time playing my drum. And I was next to a lady I liked.

Funspot trip on the go go go!

Well, we went for a nice ride next. Go Karts! You can also call them "speed mobiles". We went around and around and around and around.
There were puddles on the track. Splash! What happened here? I felt cold because I got splashed a lot. But it was a fun ride. I loved my trip.Oh! A ball. And the white house too. Actually the pot house. I don't think it's a pot house. I think it is a pot house. What is a pot house? A yellow house. What is a yellow house? A spud house.

Funspot Funspot Funspot

The bumper cars - too fun for me! I'd ride them all day if I had time. Funspot Funspot Funspot. We had so much fun. Hungry Hungry Hippos. I'm playing with my three friends - that's the good part. My friends playing are (l to r): Courtney, Dustin and Rob.
This air hockey makes me rockin'. How I love that game. It's so fun. If you want to go to Funspot sometime, we'll take you. It's a nice day out with Sebastian and Courtmey and Dustin and Rob and this is me. And two of tin. You go *pkhhh* *pkhhh* *pkhhh*
What is that? What is it? What is that I said. Dorian really likes that video game. I'm wondering if he's driving in a car. Yeaaah. A car game.
I'm playing with Rob. Looks like Marble Madness. Wooooh! Papa J woooh!
I reeeeeeally loved the time there. See that set up? Try not to fall off or get eaten by some sort of green tube. You use a little ball to move around. If you are already at the top of the slide you'll move down immediately. I like video games.

The wonders of water

We're at Mme. Sherri Forest. We caught a lot of tadpoles. In fact, we had a tadpole collection that was a new record. Ukiah was there. He's my friend. His sister, Tallulah, was there with his mother, Megan. We had a fun, roly poly, rockin' bockin' good time.
There's a frog we caught.
I got a tadpole. Tadpoles go to the moon.
I'm in a house. It's a nature house.
This is called a Jack-in-the-Pulpit. It looks cute, doesn't it?

Yum! I love strawberries!

Strawberries! I love strawberries! It's a good thing Mama decided we should pick some.
You know how you find the right kind to pick? Just find one that looks red enough.
I was holding it up to show how good and delicious it looked.
I am eating a strawberry.
We picked 2 pints. A quart! When we got the CSA, more strawberries! We were going to have 2 pints frozen, 2 pints like they were already, I mean, like, plain, and 1 pint for a pie. A strawberry and rhubarb pie.

I am covered with stickers!

Gumbasia-- a place where there is clay animation to be made

I'm making a clay machine.
Now I made all of it. Look how pretty it is! It does milk-making, it turns water (right) into milk (left). It goes out that black pipe. It looks kind of bluish, but it's right coming out sideways from the white.

Music land

See me? I have the red thing. I'm the wingless fairy opera singer. Dorian is the Santa Claus opera singer. And Lydia is the princess tiger opera singer. The red thing is a red guitar. I'm holding it because I like to play it while singing an opera. I love being together with my opera singer friends. We had a super good time! I played a ballet, we also played a cowboy dance, we had something even wonderfuller-- after singing our opera, we would go to Lake Spofford! Yay!

We're making popsicles

We put in some berries. And we put in cherries and applesauce! Ha ha ha! We didn't put in applesauce, we put in strawberries, actually.
Now we're filling up stuff with orange juice. Now we are making popsicles. To make it nice and dry.
I am pouring orange juice in my cup cup cup.
Now we're putting on the caps. Dorian has one upside down. Then we have to put them in the freezer. Now we are putting it in the Pokey.
